Our partners from Nike are looking for a Senior Sales Representative as a maternity leave cover in their Sales Team, located in Berlin with a limited contract.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative, responsible for driving Nikes Sneaker Culture in Austria, Germany and Switzerland by leading and enhancing the relationships with some of their key Nike Sportswear retail partners.

 

What will you work on?

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results 
  • Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge
  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end-to-end business with your account. 
  • High standard to complex partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently, through higher problem-solving skills, and contributing to the collective team performance 
  • Collaborate on partner (city) experience at sell-in, and (co-)own the E2E experience for your showroom – work closely with Office admin and/or (City)Experience Lead and x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life.
  • Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visits, staff training, competitor knowledge, …) where relevant.
  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.

 

Who will you work with?

In your role you will be leading the development of Nikes partner plans with accounts, such as AboutYou, OTTO, Peek & Cloppenburg, Breuninger, Globus and KaDeWe.

 

You will work closely with a broad Nike internal team on a seasonal business plan based on financial planning, sell-thru, account specific objectives and an understanding of the retailer’s consumer base. You will report to Nikes Senior Manager AS, Sportswear Specialty, Digital & Department Stores AGS.

 

 

What you bring to that role:

  • Experience in account management acquired in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Merchandising or Finance, etc.
